    A comment from a TodOpera friend who attends Bayreuth Festival each year:
    This is the fifth years in a row I have attended this production, and most of the singers have been in it in previous years.
    Burkhard Fritz is the only new main cast member. Susan Maclean is in her third year as Kundry. All others - Detlef Roth, Kwangchul Youn, Thomas Jesatko, and Diógenes Randes - have sung the production since it opened in 2008 (and it has played every year since then).
    It was the Bayreuth debut performance by Philippe Jordan (and it was a triumph for him!)


    Acts I and II are at 320 kbs and act III is at 128 kbs.
